Education is very important.
It has always being my dream to climb to the highest of my academics.
God being so graceful, I had a four year degree scholarship to the Knutsford University College in Accra to pursue my tertiary education. The scholarship was granted in exchange for being an ambassador and also to serve as an influence to create awareness for the institution.
I am honored and overjoyed to be a student of the institution. I am taking the golden opportunity to promote the institute and also learn to better myself.
Knutsford University College is a private institution accredited by the National Accreditation Board (NAB) of the Ministry of Education, Science and Sports in the Republic of Ghana. It is located at East Legon in a serene environment and not far from the airport.
Through-out my career in acting, I have worn several awards.
On the 13 of July 2019, I was honored by the Ghana 61 Years-On Film Summit with a Legendary award.
The award acknowledged my dedication and enormous experience in the movie industry. It is also to recognise my efforts in providing a platform to empower women across Africa and in the Diaspora through television.
On the 20th of october 2018, I was awarded at the University of Cape Coast for my prudent contribution to the TV series 'One Over Eight'. The television series was directed by Miss Hannah Acquah and produced by B. Bright Wirekoh.
The event was held at the conference hall of the SRC of the institution.
The citation on the award read : "We honor You this day as one of the big six celebrities on the occasion of 'One Over Eight Tv Series ' premier dubbed.
Your contribution to the showbiz industry in Ghana, the immense discipline you have exhibited over the years, in and outside your profession has been highly recognized and appreciated.
Your unwavering moral standards and influence has won the admiration of all Ghanaians especially we the students of the University of Cape Coast. It is refreshing to know that Ghana can still boast of stars whose underlying responsibility of social role modeling is not tanned by the pressure of spotlights and splendor of red carpets. We hope that you are motivated enough to continue and improve your efforts in uplifting the name of Ghana''.
I was extensivly greatful and thanked them such a recognition.
